As the original holder of the vision for the Wealthy Thought Leader gathering, our founder Andrea J. Lee is one of the world’s best-known, hands-on, small business leadership coaches.

Andrea’s biggest hope for the Wealthy Thought Leader was to create a gathering in which attendees would not only TALK about change, but experience and CREATE change.

She chose 3 major areas as focus points for the event:

• New ways for small businesses to make money. Being first in line to birth a new idea, surfing the leading edge, is very rewarding. This often this means embracing new technology.  It ALWAYS requires internal shifts.
• The skills and courage to stand for what you believe. This often means dropping more deeply into what your life is for.  Once you do that, you may find yourself speaking out more boldly, precisely and provocatively. This is good – it’s a must if you want to break through the sound barrier in busy markets.
• Aggressive cultivation of life as a thought leader. We use the ‘environment creates the person’ philosophy and make it tangible.  The Wealthy Thought Leader event itself is an experience in how to treat yourself – the thought leader – like a Golden Goose who lays the golden eggs.
